Fourth Avenue is arguably the heart of
Tucson community. 4th Avenue features tree lined sidewalks fronting the
largest collection of retail shopping in Tucson outside of a mall, and
represents the best last vestige of a time of greater community, closer
contact with fellow Tucsonans, and a sense of what makes Tucson unique.
