Every room has a little different floor layout. Room three is spacious and has a great window seat overlooking fruit trees and the porch. Very private side of the house. Lots of flowers.

The entrace to room Three is by the chairs to the right. The fruit trees are have fruit almost year round and you are welcome to all the oranges, lemons and grapefruit you wish... The 6th Ave side of the house (sunny mornings and shady afternoons) private entrance to room three.

What a great room. Room three has a cute little entrance area that serves as a foyer / dining room or we can place an aero-bed to sleep an additional person. There is also a tv in this area.

As always, we provide a desk work area in all rooms with free WiFi

Overlooking the porch and the fruit tree, this vintage wicker chair is a most comfortable spot.
