It has taken 18 months, but we have finally restored all of the rail around the house

As you can see by this closeup, each spindle was hand sanded, painted as an individual work of art. The spindles are made of red cypress to last for may years... All hand milled in our own wood shop

Still working on the corbels and post trip, but it is shaping-up quite nicely
