During the winter, help yourself to our naturally sweet fruit trees. These are 8" Grapefruit.

At the top of the stairs a new powerful computer work station w/Internet and printer.

The front porch is always festive especially in spring and early summer.

Beautiful large copper weathervane on the East side of the building.

A nice selection of books are available at the top of the stairs.

The Cottage is surrounded by flowers and fruit trees that produce fruit all winter.

The fountain just outside the back door of the cottage is located just below the cottage bathroom window

and provides trickling music to sleep by...or not. In any case, it's a nice shaded patio area with a patio set and large BBQ.

Each of our rooms feature a special seating area to relax. Room 2 (left) has a great window seat that is the NE corner

of the wrap-around porch and a great place to sit and watch the University Blvd. passers-by.

Room 3 (right) has it's own special, vintage seating in front of the large picture window overlooking the porch.
