• Cleaned by hospitality professionals with 25+ years management experience training others in hotel room sanitation.

• Very little carpeting. Most of our rooms have all hardwood floors that do not retain germs and other stuff.

• All organic cleaning products allow us to use generous amounts of cleaning solutions without fear of allergy or toxic reactions.

• In-Suite Ozone Generators. All of our rooms are refreshed by small ozone machines that sanitize the air and every surface in the room on a constant basis (24/7unless you turn it off). Ozone kills every germ, mold or virus it contacts.

• Reverse Osmosis filtered water. All of our rooms have 5 gal. hot/cold water dispensers that provide an unlimited supply of RO filtered water. All complimentary and a great savings in Arizona...

• Quality washable bedding and linens. Our beds have new mattresses, washable mattress covers, washable, seasonal blankets, double sheeted beds. Everything is removed and sanitized by steam between guests.

• We allow pets in Room Four Only "The Cottage". All other rooms must stay pet free.

• Private, Private, Private! Because all our rooms have private entrances, private baths and private kitchens, your exposure to common areas or shared areas is very, very limited...
